Problems started affecting Xbox One users at around 7pm UK time yesterday.
Microsoft have yet to remove the known issues from their official Xbox Live Support Service site, which still lists core services, Video content and purchasing features as limited.
User may be having trouble using Live TV; Groove or Movies & TV video store, including browsing, purchasing, downloading, and streaming, according to the tech giant.
All problems reported by Microsoft are only listed on Xbox One and Xbox devices, Xbox 360 appears to be unaffected.
In at least one reported case, a console refusing to download the update spontaneously begin work, sometimes after hours of waiting.
